Growing up in South Africa, Franziska Brösicke saw firsthand how different cultures meet at the table. That culinary diversity and cultural sensitivity still shape her work today.

Since earning her degree, she has specialized in event catering, running events of every size.

She knows how much responsibility rests on an organizer's shoulders once the guests have arrived and everything has to work.

Flexibility for last-minute changes

More guests than expected, shifted schedules, spontaneous requests: these situations are part of every event. Whether your caterer can adapt on the fly usually only becomes clear when there's no time left to discuss it.

Straightforward communication

You already have enough to organize. Catering planning shouldn't take hours of phone calls or emails. It should be clear and fast.

Freedom on event day

You want to be with your guests, have conversations, be present, not be on call all day about food or service. What sets premium event catering apart is simple: there's nothing left for you to handle.

Every guest accommodated

Dietary requirements, preferences, and cultural differences are part of business events. Good catering accounts for that from the start, not on event day itself.

Frequently asked questions about trade fair & corporate event catering

  • Yes, we can usually accommodate even very short-notice inquiries. Smaller orders — for example, for around 30 guests, can often still be delivered within 24 hours.

    For most inquiries, 48 hours of lead time is ideal, say, for finger food or simpler catering setups. Larger events with lots of equipment, service staff, or higher guest counts benefit from more lead time. Even then, our network often lets us find a short-notice solution when conditions allow.

  • You can order food only. It's a common setup, especially for finger food or canapés.

    On request, we deliver not just the food but also matching tableware, platters, or tiered stands, so everything is presented properly on site. Service staff is optional — we only book them when it makes sense for your event.

  • No, there's no fixed minimum number of guests. Small events with ten people or fewer work too.

    The only requirement is a minimum quantity per dish or type, for example, at least ten pieces per canapé. That way we make sure quality and presentation hold up even on small orders.

  • Yes, we account for these by default. Intolerances, allergies, and vegetarian or vegan diets are noted during planning and factored into the menu accordingly.

    Many of our menus already include vegetarian or vegan options. We confirm individual requirements with you in advance and deliver them reliably on event day, so you don't have to think about it.

  • In exhibition halls, external caterers are generally allowed. Convention and conference centers often have exclusive catering contracts, which means external caterers are usually not permitted there.

    Since the rules vary by trade fair and venue, we check the conditions for you upfront and tailor the catering accordingly.

  • We sort out all the logistics well in advance, so event day itself runs smoothly. For larger events, we also coordinate the rest upfront: parking and drop-off zones, power connections, storage areas.

  • Short-notice changes come with the territory at trade fairs and events, which is why we plan our logistics so that spontaneous replenishment remains possible at any time. Drinks, smaller additions, or extra equipment are usually on site within about 30 minutes. In exceptional cases it can take a little longer if other scheduled deliveries take priority.

    For you, that means no extra effort, and the atmosphere stays calm and professional for your guests.

  • Ideally, we receive the final guest count one week before the event, so purchasing and planning can be done properly.

    Smaller changes of up to about ten percent are usually still possible until the day before the event. That keeps you flexible without disrupting the planning.

  • During the event, you have a clear point of contact who is reachable at any time. Coordination is direct and easy, usually via WhatsApp or by phone, whichever is most convenient for you in the moment.

    That way, questions or small adjustments get sorted out quickly, without running around or tracking down the right person.
